We offer IV sedation for patients who experience dental anxiety, have a strong gag reflex, or feel nervous about treatment.
Sedation is a safe and effective way to help you relax, making your experience calm and stress-free.
With IV sedation, you’ll feel deeply relaxed during your treatment and may have little or no memory of the procedure afterward. It’s an ideal solution if fear has kept you from seeking dental care in the past.
Our goal is to help you get the treatment you need in the most comfortable way possible—while also building your confidence with every visit.
What to Expect?
Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We will take the time to talk through your concerns, explain how IV sedation works, and answer any questions you may have.
A small cannula will be placed in your arm or hand to administer the sedation, and you’ll be closely monitored throughout your treatment by a trained professional.
Although you will remain conscious and able to respond, you will feel completely at ease and many patients remember very little afterward. You will need someone to accompany you home and stay with you for a few hours as the sedation wears off.
